Consistency

We get up every morning, we brush our teeth, wash, dressed up and have breakfast. We are consistent in our actions. We do this every day. A complete and genuine belief in our business, its services and products and what it can give its customers.

Attitude

Perhaps the most important of these three but useless on its own. It is no good having the best behavior in the world if one is sitting in a closed area not talking to anyone. So, what is behavior apart from how one feels about himself and others.

Your face is transparent, totally transparent and behavior shines through whether it is negative or positive. The first second that potential customer sees you maybe even before you see him, your attitude comes through. The prospect recognizes it, maybe only psychologically and will react correctly. We all know that the first thing any salesman should sell is themselves just before they open his mouth.
